Innovation Ultimate

I have received word that the games have finally made it across the border. Queue of other projects for fulfillment is 1-2 weeks, and then our orders will ship. Very sorry for the delays - the world of freight is a huge mess right now! 

I am still awaiting an update on other hubs (UK, AU/NZ, Asia). 

Hello! If you are in the following regions, you should have received (or be receiving in the next 24 hours) an address confirmation email from your hub:

Asia
Africa
South America
Australia (And NZ)
Mexico
Israel
Russia

It will look like this, and include a link for you to confirm your address - and for certain regions, provide a tax number (Brazil especially, but some others).



If you do not receive an email by Friday and are in one of those regions, reach out to me at innovation @ asmadigames.com and I'll deal with your confirmation manually.

Shipping for these regions will begin soon - sorry for the delays, it's a bit of a wild time for shipping out there for a variety of reasons.

If you're in Europe, you will be receiving an email from PTS/Matagot-Friends, as they are our fulfillment partner for the region. That email has a link for you to verify/validate your shipping address, and you need to do so before they'll ship your game. It is indeed legitimate, sorry for any confusion it caused! If you are in Europe and did not receive an email, check your spam folder or filter.

US shipping has commenced! Many backers have received tracking info already, others will over the coming days. 

Hello friends, thanks for your patience as we navigate the stormy shipping waters known colloquially as "2025". Things are moving frustratingly slower than even my conservative projections, but they are moving!

US: Games are at the warehouse and unloaded from the container. Our fulfillment partner has one project ahead of us to finish packing + shipping, and then Innovation Ultimate copies will start shipping Thursday or Friday to US backers!

CA: Games will be on a truck next week to our Canadian hub, then hopefully a simple border crossing and shipping within the next couple weeks.

Europe (Including UK): I was evidently given the wrong boat schedule, which showed hitting port Feb 8. It will be hitting port Feb 24, and then it'll clear customs/go to hub, and shipping will start after that.

Asia: Fulfillment will start in the next week.

AU/NZ: I do not have a boat schedule for this, but I believe it's similar to the Europe schedule. Will report once I have firmer details.

Rest of World: These will be shipping from China or from the US, depending on location. They'll happen in about 2 weeks.

Sorry for the delays, there's sadly not a lot I can do about them. Excited for games to get to your tables! 

Production is complete on Innovation Ultimate! It will be on a boat next week, arriving in the US at the end of January (and similar to our hubs in the EU and Australia). So fulfillment will be happening in February for most folks.  

This is the final final call for new pre-orders or order changes, I'll be closing the pre-order store next week. 

Any pre-orders or add-ons that haven't been charged yet, and many store orders with cases will be charged on January 3rd. I'll be locking down those orders soon, and locking in those addresses once final charges have been made.

If your order or address was already locked and you need it changed, please send an email directly to [email protected] with whatever you want updated and the info of your new address, including any phone number change if outside the US. I've got a handful of emails in my inbox to process.
